The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.158; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

यथा स्कान्दे —
श्री-कृष्ण-स्तव-रत्नौघैर् येषां जिह्वा त्व् अलङ्कृता ।
नमस्या मुनि-सिद्धानां वन्दनीया दिवौकसाम् ॥१.२.१५८॥

yathā skānde —
śrī-kṛṣṇa-stava-ratnaughair yeṣāṃ jihvā tv alaṅkṛtā |
namasyā muni-siddhānāṃ vandanīyā divaukasām
||1.2.158||

English translation

The Skanda Purāṇa says:
“The perfected sages and devatās respect those whose tongues are ornamented with an abundance of jewel-like verses in praise of Kṛṣṇa.”
