The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.138; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

तद्, यथा दशमे (१०.८१.१९) —
स्वर्गापवर्गयोः पुंसां रसायां भुवि सम्पदाम्।

सर्वासाम् अपि सिद्धीनां मूलं ताच्-चरणार्चनं ॥१.२.१३८॥

tad, yathā daśame (10.81.19) —
svargāpavargayoḥ puṃsāṃ rasāyāṃ bhuvi sampadām |

sarvāsām api siddhīnāṃ mūlaṃ tāc-caraṇārcanaṃ ||1.2.138||

English translation

This is illustrated in the Tenth Canto of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam [10.81.19]:
“Devotional service to His lotus feet is the root cause of all the perfections a person can find in heaven, in liberation, in the subterranean regions and on earth.”
