The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.133 ; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

पुराणान्तरे —
संसार-मरु-कान्तार-निस्तार-करण-क्षमौ ।
स्लाघ्यौ ताव् एव चरणौ यौ हरेस् तीर्थ-गामिनौ ॥१.२.१३३ ॥

purāṇāntare —
saṃsāra-maru-kāntāra-nistāra-karaṇa-kṣamau |
slāghyau tāv eva caraṇau yau hares tīrtha-gāminau
||1.2.133 ||

English translation

In another Purāṇa it is stated:
“The two feet that go to the tīrtha of the Lord are praiseworthy, since they enable one to cross over the dangerous desert of saṃsāra.”
