१५ - व्यावहारे’प्य् अकार्पण्यं, यथा पाद्मे —
अलब्धे वा विनष्टे वा भक्ष्याच्छादन-साधने ।
अविक्लव-मतिर् भूत्वा हरिम् एव धिया स्मरेत् ॥१.२.११४॥15 - vyāvahāre’py akārpaṇyaṃ, yathā pādme —
alabdhe vā vinaṣṭe vā bhakṣyācchādana-sādhane |
aviklava-matir bhūtvā harim eva dhiyā smaret ||1.2.114||
English translation
Not feeling miserable and not performing degrading acts in distressing circumstances, illustrated in the Padma Purāṇa:
“Being undisturbed when one does not obtain food or clothing or when these things are lost, one should remember the Lord with one’s intelligence.”
