The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.106; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

आदि-पदेन पुरुषोत्तम-वासश् च, यथा ब्राह्मे —
अहो क्षेत्रस्य माहात्म्यं समन्ताद् दश-योजनम् ।
दिविष्ठा यत्र पश्यन्ति सर्वान् एव चतुर्भुजान् ॥१.२.१०६॥

ādi-padena puruṣottama-vāsaś ca, yathā brāhme —
aho kṣetrasya māhātmyaṃ samantād daśa-yojanam |
diviṣṭhā yatra paśyanti sarvān eva caturbhujān
||1.2.106||

English translation

The word ādi indicates Purī as well, as illustrated in the Brahmā Purāṇa:
“The glory of Purī with its surrounding area of 80 square miles is inconceivable. The devatās see everyone residing there as having four arms.”
