७ - द्वारकादि-निवासो, यथा स्कान्दे —
संवत्सरं वा षण्मासान् मासं मासार्धम् एव वा ।
द्वारका-वासिनः सर्वे नरा नार्यश् चतुर्भुजाः ॥१.२.१०५॥7 - dvārakādi-nivāso, yathā skānde —
saṃvatsaraṃ vā ṣaṇmāsān māsaṃ māsārdham eva vā |
dvārakā-vāsinaḥ sarve narā nāryaś caturbhujāḥ ||1.2.105||
English translation
Living in Dvārkā or other holy places, from the Skanda Purāṇa:
“Anyone who lives in Dvārakā for one year, six months, one month or even half a month, whether man or woman, attains a four-armed form in the spiritual sky.”
