The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.61; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

यथा पाद्मे —
सर्वे’धिकारिणो ह्य् अत्र हरि-भक्तौ यथा नृप ॥१.२.६१॥

yathā pādme —
sarve’dhikāriṇo hy atra hari-bhaktau yathā nṛpa ||1.2.61||

English translation

In the Padma Purāṇa it is stated:
“All are qualified for hari-bhakti, O King.”
