The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.12; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

तत् फलं च, तत्रैव (११.२७.४९) —
एवं क्रिया-योग-पथैः पुमान् वैदिक-तान्त्रिकैः ।
अर्चन्न् उभ्यतः सिद्धिं मत्तो विन्दत्य् अभीप्सिताम् ॥१.२.१२॥

tat phalaṃ ca, tatraiva (11.27.49) —
evaṃ kriyā-yoga-pathaiḥ pumān vaidika-tāntrikaiḥ |
arcann ubhyataḥ siddhiṃ matto vindaty abhīpsitām
||1.2.12||

English translation

The results of vaidhī-bhakti are stated [in Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam11.27.49]:
“By worshiping Me through the various methods prescribed in the Vedas and Tantras, one will gain from Me his desired perfection in both this life and the next.”
