The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.2.7; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

यथ, द्वितीये (२.१.६) —
तस्माद् भारत सर्वात्मा भगवान् ईश्वरो हरिः ।
श्रोतव्यः कीर्तितव्यश् च स्मर्तव्यश् चेछताभयम् ॥१.२.७॥
This is illustrated in the Second Canto of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam [2.1.5]:
“O descendant of King Bharata, one who desires to be free from all miseries must hear about, glorify and also remember the Personality of Godhead, who is the Supersoul, the controller and the savior from all miseries.”
