The English translation of the Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu verse 1.1.42; a medieval era Sanskrit book, written by Rupa Goswami (fl. 15th century) which represents a devotional (bhakti) masterpiece. In this work Goswami describes the nature and different forms of pure love (rasa) as well as various other topics on Vaishnavism and devotion.

यथैकादशे (११.१४.२०) —
न साध्यति माम् योगो न साङ्ख्यं धर्म उद्धव ।
न स्वाध्यायस् तपस् त्यागो यथा भक्तिर् ममोर्जिता ॥१.१.४२॥

yathaikādaśe (11.14.20) —
na sādhyati mām yogo na sāṅkhyaṃ dharma uddhava |
na svādhyāyas tapas tyāgo yathā bhaktir mamorjitā
||1.1.42||

English translation

Thus Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam says in the Eleventh Canto [11.14.20]:

“My dear Uddhava, the unalloyed devotional service rendered to Me by My devotees brings Me under their control. I cannot be thus controlled by those engaged in mystic yoga, Sāṅkhya philosophy, pious work, Vedic study, austerity or renunciation.”
