तत्रादौ सुष्ठु वैशिष्ट्यम् अस्याः कथयितुं स्फुटम् ।
लक्षणं क्रियते भक्तेर् उत्तमायाः सतां मतम् ॥१.१.१०॥tatrādau suṣṭhu vaiśiṣṭyam asyāḥ kathayituṃ sphuṭam |
lakṣaṇaṃ kriyate bhakter uttamāyāḥ satāṃ matam ||1.1.10||
English translation
“In the First Wave, to clearly describe the superiority of bhakti to other processes, the unique characteristics of uttama-bhakti, as approved by the ācāryas, will be related.”
