वैशाखहीनं तु तथैव पुण्यं न साधुसेव्यं न फलाप्तिहेतुः ।
यद्वन्न भूषासहिताऽपि शोभते वस्त्रेण हीना ललना सुरूपा ।
क्रियाकलापः सुकृतोऽपि पुंभिर्न भासते तन्मधुमासहीनम् ॥ २८ ॥

vaiśākhahīnaṃ tu tathaiva puṇyaṃ na sādhusevyaṃ na phalāptihetuḥ |
yadvanna bhūṣāsahitā'pi śobhate vastreṇa hīnā lalanā surūpā |
