यथा प्रदीप्तं ज्वलनं पतङ्गा विशन्ति नाशाय समृद्ध-वेगाः ।
तथैव नाशाय विशन्ति लोकास् तवापि वक्त्राणि समृद्ध-वेगाः ॥ २९ ॥

yathā pradīptaṃ jvalanaṃ pataṅgā viśanti nāśāya samṛddha-vegāḥ |
tathaiva nāśāya viśanti lokās tavāpi vaktrāṇi samṛddha-vegāḥ || 29 ||

yathā–just as; pradīptam–a blazing; jvalanam–fire; pataṅgāḥ–moths; viśanti–enter; nāśāya–for destruction; samṛddha-vegāḥ–with great speed;tathā–similarly; eva–indeed; nāśāya–to their destruction; viśanti–enter; lokāḥ–these people; tava–Your; api–also; vaktrāṇi–mouths; samṛddha-vegāḥ–with great speed.

As moths rush into a blazing fire and perish, these warriors are entering Your mouths with great speed, only to die.
