आत्मार्पनं मे पञ्च- पर्यासास् ते मयोदितः
अयम् एव चिन्तनीयो दिवा-नक्तम् अतन्द्रितैः

ātmārpanaṃ me pañca- paryāsās te mayoditaḥ
ayam eva cintanīyo divā-naktam atandritaiḥ

English translation of verse:

Thus I have described to you five ways to offer oneself to Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa. You should think of these ways of surrender day and night, and never become tired of thinking of them.
