स त्व् अन्यो युगपद् या गुण-क्रियाः ॥ १०.११६d ॥

sa tv anyo yugapad yā guṇa-kriyāḥ || 10.116d ||

When either two qualities, two actions, or a quality and an action are described in terms of occurring simultaneously, that is another variety of samuccaya (conjunction).

guṇau ca kriye ca guṇa-kriye ca yadi yugapan nirdiśyete tadā tv anyas tri-vidhaḥ samuccayaḥ.

Therefore this samuccaya has three varieties.
