krameṇodāharaṇam,

Examples are shown in order:

śrī-rāma-nāma-ratnāni yaḥ kaṇṭhe kurute pumān |
kṛtāntāt sādhvasaṃ nāsau durantād api paśyati ||

A person who places the jewels of Śrī Rāma’s names in his throat does not experience the fear of death nor the fear of a dire end.

atra pūrvārdha-rūpaṃ vākyam uttarārthe hetuḥ.

In this verse, the clause in the first half (“A person who places the jewels of Śrī Rāma’s names in his throat”) is the explanation of the meaning of the second half.
