मदन-सङ्गर-सङ्ग-रसाकुला भव विहारिणि हारिणि माधवे ।
कुसुम-राजि-विराजि-विभूषणा मधुप-राग-पराग-पराचिता ॥
madana-saṅgara-saṅga-rasākulā bhava vihāriṇi hāriṇi mādhave |
kusuma-rāji-virāji-vibhūṣaṇā madhupa-rāga-parāga-parācitā ||
madana—of Cupid; saṅgara—in the battle; saṅga—of union; rasa—by the relishment; ākulā—overwhelmed; bhava—become; vihāriṇi—O playful girl; hāriṇi—is ravishing; mādhave—while spring; kusuma—of flowers; rāji—with a series; virāji—are resplendent; vibhūṣaṇā—You whose ornaments; madhupa—of bees; rāga—for which there is the attraction; parāga—with flower pollen; parācitā—pervaded.
[Viśākhā speaks to Rādhā, who is in a pique:] O playful girl! While spring is ravishing, You, being adorned with ornaments which are splendid with flowers and being perfumed with flower pollen which attracts bees, should become overwhelmed by the relishment of union in the battle of Cupid.
