हित्वा गल्लोक्तिम् ईशाय भल्लं खानादिकं कुरु. अत्र गल्लादि-शब्दा
hitvā galloktim īśāya bhallaṃ khānādikaṃ kuru. atra gallādi-śabdā grāmyāḥ.
(12) [This shows grāmya (colloquial) in a sentence:] hitvā galloktim īśāya bhallaṃ khānādikaṃ kuru, “Stop talking with the cheek. Make some right-on snacks and the works for the Lord’s sake.” In this example, the words galla (cheek) and so on are colloquial.
Commentary:
The word galla (cheek) should be replaced by a nonrustic synonym: either gaṇḍa or kapola. The word bhallam (right-on) is rustic, according to Govinda Ṭhakkura (Kāvya-pradīpa on Kāvya-prakāśa verse 180). A synonym like samīcīnam (proper) should be used instead.[1] Similarly, the word khāna (snacks) should be changed to a synonym such as bhojana (food).

The author of Kṛṣṇānandinī glosses bhallam as samīcīnam.
