Rig Veda 10.189.2

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

अ॒न्तश्च॑रति रोच॒नास्य प्रा॒णाद॑पान॒ती । व्य॑ख्यन्महि॒षो दिव॑म् ॥
अन्तश्चरति रोचनास्य प्राणादपानती । व्यख्यन्महिषो दिवम् ॥
antaś carati rocanāsya prāṇād apānatī | vy akhyan mahiṣo divam ||

English translation:

“His radiance penetrates internally, drawing (the air) down (through the lungs) after having sent it up,the mighty one beholds the sky.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

After having sent it up: i.e., setting after having risen; the mighty one: the sun;or, Agni in the character of Vāyu;
