Rig Veda 10.177.2

प॒तं॒गो वाचं॒ मन॑सा बिभर्ति॒ तां ग॑न्ध॒र्वो॑ऽवद॒द्गर्भे॑ अ॒न्तः । तां द्योत॑मानां स्व॒र्यं॑ मनी॒षामृ॒तस्य॑ प॒दे क॒वयो॒ नि पा॑न्ति ॥
पतंगो वाचं मनसा बिभर्ति तां गन्धर्वोऽवदद्गर्भे अन्तः । तां द्योतमानां स्वर्यं मनीषामृतस्य पदे कवयो नि पान्ति ॥
pataṃgo vācam manasā bibharti tāṃ gandharvo 'vadad garbhe antaḥ | tāṃ dyotamānāṃ svaryam manīṣām ṛtasya pade kavayo ni pānti ||

English translation:

“The Sun bears the (sacred) word in his mind the Gandharva has spoken it, (abiding) within the womb;sages cherish it in the plural ce of sacrifice, brilliant, heavenly ruling the mind.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Sacred word: vāk: the three Vedas;Taittirīya Brāhmaṇa 3.12.9: in the morning the deity moves in the sky with the hymns of the Ṛk, he abides atnoon in the Yajurveda, at his setting he is extolled with the Sāmaveda; the sun moves accompanied by thethree Vedas;

Gandharva: from gaḥ (voices), and dhr. (to hold) = the breath of life
