मेह॑नाद्वनं॒कर॑णा॒ल्लोम॑भ्यस्ते न॒खेभ्य॑: । यक्ष्मं॒ सर्व॑स्मादा॒त्मन॒स्तमि॒दं वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥
मेहनाद्वनंकरणाल्लोमभ्यस्ते नखेभ्यः । यक्ष्मं सर्वस्मादात्मनस्तमिदं वि वृहामि ते ॥
mehanād vanaṃkaraṇāl lomabhyas te nakhebhyaḥ | yakṣmaṃ sarvasmād ātmanas tam idaṃ vi vṛhāmi te ||

English translation:

“I banish disease from your urethra, from your bladder, from your hair, from your nails, from your wholeperson.”
