अ॒क्षीभ्यां॑ ते॒ नासि॑काभ्यां॒ कर्णा॑भ्यां॒ छुबु॑का॒दधि॑ । यक्ष्मं॑ शीर्ष॒ण्यं॑ म॒स्तिष्का॑ज्जि॒ह्वाया॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥
अक्षीभ्यां ते नासिकाभ्यां कर्णाभ्यां छुबुकादधि । यक्ष्मं शीर्षण्यं मस्तिष्काज्जिह्वाया वि वृहामि ते ॥
akṣībhyāṃ te nāsikābhyāṃ karṇābhyāṃ chubukād adhi | yakṣmaṃ śīrṣaṇyam mastiṣkāj jihvāyā vi vṛhāmi te ||

English translation:

“I banish from your eyes, from your nose, from your ears, from your chin, from your head, from yourbrain, from your tongue.”
