Rig Veda 10.162.6

यस्त्वा॒ स्वप्ने॑न॒ तम॑सा मोहयि॒त्वा नि॒पद्य॑ते । प्र॒जां यस्ते॒ जिघां॑सति॒ तमि॒तो ना॑शयामसि ॥
यस्त्वा स्वप्नेन तमसा मोहयित्वा निपद्यते । प्रजां यस्ते जिघांसति तमितो नाशयामसि ॥
yas tvā svapnena tamasā mohayitvā nipadyate | prajāṃ yas te jighāṃsati tam ito nāśayāmasi ||

English translation:

“May we exterminate from hence (the evil spirit), who, having beguiled you by sleep or darkness,approaches you, and seeks to destroy your offspring.”
