Rig Veda 10.162.1
Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:
ब्रह्म॑णा॒ग्निः सं॑विदा॒नो र॑क्षो॒हा बा॑धतामि॒तः । अमी॑वा॒ यस्ते॒ गर्भं॑ दु॒र्णामा॒ योनि॑मा॒शये॑ ॥
ब्रह्मणाग्निः संविदानो रक्षोहा बाधतामितः । अमीवा यस्ते गर्भं दुर्णामा योनिमाशये ॥
brahmaṇāgniḥ saṃvidāno rakṣohā bādhatām itaḥ | amīvā yas te garbhaṃ durṇāmā yonim āśaye ||
English translation:
“May Agni, the destroyer of the rākṣasas, consenting to our prayer, drive hence (the evil spirit) who(in the form of) sickness assails your embryo, who, as the disease durṇāman, assails your womb.”
