ऋ॒तावा॑नं महि॒षं वि॒श्वद॑र्शतम॒ग्निं सु॒म्नाय॑ दधिरे पु॒रो जना॑: । श्रुत्क॑र्णं स॒प्रथ॑स्तमं त्वा गि॒रा दैव्यं॒ मानु॑षा यु॒गा ॥
ऋतावानं महिषं विश्वदर्शतमग्निं सुम्नाय दधिरे पुरो जनाः । श्रुत्कर्णं सप्रथस्तमं त्वा गिरा दैव्यं मानुषा युगा ॥
ṛtāvānam mahiṣaṃ viśvadarśatam agniṃ sumnāya dadhire puro janāḥ | śrutkarṇaṃ saprathastamaṃ tvā girā daivyam mānuṣā yugā ||

English translation:

“Men for the sake of happiness plural ce before them Agni, the speaker of truth, the mighty, thecontemplator of all; the posterity of Manu in pairs (propitiate) with praises you, whose ears are open (to praises)who are most renowned, and the (minister) of the gods.”
