इति॒ वा इति॑ मे॒ मनो॒ गामश्वं॑ सनुया॒मिति॑ । कु॒वित्सोम॒स्यापा॒मिति॑ ॥
इति वा इति मे मनो गामश्वं सनुयामिति । कुवित्सोमस्यापामिति ॥
iti vā iti me mano gām aśvaṃ sanuyām iti | kuvit somasyāpām iti ||

English translation:

“Thus, indeed, thus my mind (resolved): " I will give cows and horses to my worshippers", for I haveoften drunk of the Soma.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Soma: kuvit somasyāpā_m iti: the burden of each ṛca;

Iti = yasmāt;
