Rig Veda 10.117.5

पृ॒णी॒यादिन्नाध॑मानाय॒ तव्या॒न्द्राघी॑यांस॒मनु॑ पश्येत॒ पन्था॑म् । ओ हि वर्त॑न्ते॒ रथ्ये॑व च॒क्रान्यम॑न्य॒मुप॑ तिष्ठन्त॒ राय॑: ॥
पृणीयादिन्नाधमानाय तव्यान्द्राघीयांसमनु पश्येत पन्थाम् । ओ हि वर्तन्ते रथ्येव चक्रान्यमन्यमुप तिष्ठन्त रायः ॥
pṛṇīyād in nādhamānāya tavyān drāghīyāṃsam anu paśyeta panthām | o hi vartante rathyeva cakrānyam-anyam upa tiṣṭhanta rāyaḥ ||

English translation:

“Let the very rich man satisfy his suitor, let him look forward to a more protracted route, for richesrevolve from one man to another, as the wheels of a chariot turn round.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

A more protracted route: i.e., the road ofvirtue; let him look further along the path of life, and he will see riches deserting the rich and going to otherṣFortune is fickle
