यस्य॒ शश्व॑त्पपि॒वाँ इ॑न्द्र॒ शत्रू॑ननानुकृ॒त्या रण्या॑ च॒कर्थ॑ । स ते॒ पुरं॑धिं॒ तवि॑षीमियर्ति॒ स ते॒ मदा॑य सु॒त इ॑न्द्र॒ सोम॑: ॥
यस्य शश्वत्पपिवाँ इन्द्र शत्रूननानुकृत्या रण्या चकर्थ । स ते पुरंधिं तविषीमियर्ति स ते मदाय सुत इन्द्र सोमः ॥
yasya śaśvat papivām̐ indra śatrūn anānukṛtyā raṇyā cakartha | sa te puraṃdhiṃ taviṣīm iyarti sa te madāya suta indra somaḥ ||
English translation:
“That Soma, drinking constantly of which, Indra you have destroyed the enemies (of the worshipper)with an inimitable weapon-- that Soma prompts your powerful, abundant (laudation), it is effused Indra, for yourexhilaration.”
