Rig Veda 10.111.1

मनी॑षिण॒: प्र भ॑रध्वं मनी॒षां यथा॑यथा म॒तय॒: सन्ति॑ नृ॒णाम् । इन्द्रं॑ स॒त्यैरेर॑यामा कृ॒तेभि॒: स हि वी॒रो गि॑र्वण॒स्युर्विदा॑नः ॥
मनीषिणः प्र भरध्वं मनीषां यथायथा मतयः सन्ति नृणाम् । इन्द्रं सत्यैरेरयामा कृतेभिः स हि वीरो गिर्वणस्युर्विदानः ॥
manīṣiṇaḥ pra bharadhvam manīṣāṃ yathā-yathā matayaḥ santi nṛṇām | indraṃ satyair erayāmā kṛtebhiḥ sa hi vīro girvaṇasyur vidānaḥ ||

English translation:

“Offer, worshippers, to Indra praise agreeable to the thoughts of men; let us incite Indra hither withsincere adoration, for he, the hero, capable (of granting our wishes, is desirous of laudation.”
