वंस॑गेव पूष॒र्या॑ शि॒म्बाता॑ मि॒त्रेव॑ ऋ॒ता श॒तरा॒ शात॑पन्ता । वाजे॑वो॒च्चा वय॑सा घर्म्ये॒ष्ठा मेषे॑वे॒षा स॑प॒र्या॒३॒॑ पुरी॑षा ॥
वंसगेव पूषर्या शिम्बाता मित्रेव ऋता शतरा शातपन्ता । वाजेवोच्चा वयसा घर्म्येष्ठा मेषेवेषा सपर्या पुरीषा ॥
vaṃsageva pūṣaryā śimbātā mitreva ṛtā śatarā śātapantā | vājevoccā vayasā gharmyeṣṭhā meṣeveṣā saparyā purīṣā ||
English translation:
“You are like two plural asantly moving well-fed (hills) like Mitra and Varuṇa, the two bestowers of felicity,veracious, possessors of infinite wealth, happy, like two horses plural mp with fodder, abiding in the firmament, liketwo rams (are you) to be nourished with sacrificial food, to be cherished (with oblations).”
