श॒तं वा॒ यद॑सुर्य॒ प्रति॑ त्वा सुमि॒त्र इ॒त्थास्तौ॑द्दुर्मि॒त्र इ॒त्थास्तौ॑त् । आवो॒ यद्द॑स्यु॒हत्ये॑ कुत्सपु॒त्रं प्रावो॒ यद्द॑स्यु॒हत्ये॑ कुत्सव॒त्सम् ॥
शतं वा यदसुर्य प्रति त्वा सुमित्र इत्थास्तौद्दुर्मित्र इत्थास्तौत् । आवो यद्दस्युहत्ये कुत्सपुत्रं प्रावो यद्दस्युहत्ये कुत्सवत्सम् ॥
śataṃ vā yad asurya prati tvā sumitra itthāstaud durmitra itthāstaut | āvo yad dasyuhatye kutsaputram prāvo yad dasyuhatye kutsavatsam ||
English translation:
“When, you, mighty (Indra, gave) hundredfold (riches), Sumitra praised you thus, Durmitra praised youthus, when at the slaughter of the Dasyus you did protect Kutsa's son, when at the slaughter of the Dasyus youprotected Kutsa's darling.”
