Rig Veda 10.102.12

त्वं विश्व॑स्य॒ जग॑त॒श्चक्षु॑रिन्द्रासि॒ चक्षु॑षः । वृषा॒ यदा॒जिं वृष॑णा॒ सिषा॑ससि चो॒दय॒न्वध्रि॑णा यु॒जा ॥
त्वं विश्वस्य जगतश्चक्षुरिन्द्रासि चक्षुषः । वृषा यदाजिं वृषणा सिषाससि चोदयन्वध्रिणा युजा ॥
tvaṃ viśvasya jagataś cakṣur indrāsi cakṣuṣaḥ | vṛṣā yad ājiṃ vṛṣaṇā siṣāsasi codayan vadhriṇā yujā ||

English translation:

“You, Indra, are the eye of the whole world, when, showerer (of benefits), urging on your two vigoroussteeds, harnessed to the car, you engage in battle.”
