न्य॑क्रन्दयन्नुप॒यन्त॑ एन॒ममे॑हयन्वृष॒भं मध्य॑ आ॒जेः । तेन॒ सूभ॑र्वं श॒तव॑त्स॒हस्रं॒ गवां॒ मुद्ग॑लः प्र॒धने॑ जिगाय ॥
न्यक्रन्दयन्नुपयन्त एनममेहयन्वृषभं मध्य आजेः । तेन सूभर्वं शतवत्सहस्रं गवां मुद्गलः प्रधने जिगाय ॥
ny akrandayann upayanta enam amehayan vṛṣabham madhya ājeḥ | tena sūbharvaṃ śatavat sahasraṃ gavām mudgalaḥ pradhane jigāya ||
English translation:
“Approaching the bull, they made him roar in the midst of the battle. I, Mudgala, have thereby gained inwar hundreds and thousands of cattle well- pastured.”
