इन्द्र॒ दृह्य॑ मघव॒न्त्वाव॒दिद्भु॒ज इ॒ह स्तु॒तः सु॑त॒पा बो॑धि नो वृ॒धे । दे॒वेभि॑र्नः सवि॒ता प्राव॑तु श्रु॒तमा स॒र्वता॑ति॒मदि॑तिं वृणीमहे ॥
इन्द्र दृह्य मघवन्त्वावदिद्भुज इह स्तुतः सुतपा बोधि नो वृधे । देवेभिर्नः सविता प्रावतु श्रुतमा सर्वतातिमदितिं वृणीमहे ॥
indra dṛhya maghavan tvāvad id bhuja iha stutaḥ sutapā bodhi no vṛdhe | devebhir naḥ savitā prāvatu śrutam ā sarvatātim aditiṃ vṛṇīmahe ||
English translation:
“Consume, afluent Indra, (the foe that is) like you (in might); praised on this occasion, do you who arethe drinker of the libation be favourable to our advancement. May Savitā, with the gods, defend our sacrifice;we long for the universal Aditi.”
