सूर॑श्चि॒दा ह॒रितो॑ अस्य रीरम॒दिन्द्रा॒दा कश्चि॑द्भयत॒ज तवी॑यसः । भी॒मस्य॒ वृष्णो॑ ज॒ठरा॑दभि॒श्वसो॑ दि॒वेदि॑वे॒ सहु॑रिः स्त॒न्नबा॑धितः ॥
सूरश्चिदा हरितो अस्य रीरमदिन्द्रादा कश्चिद्भयते तवीयसः । भीमस्य वृष्णो जठरादभिश्वसो दिवेदिवे सहुरिः स्तन्नबाधितः ॥
sūraś cid ā harito asya rīramad indrād ā kaś cid bhayate tavīyasaḥ | bhīmasya vṛṣṇo jaṭharād abhiśvaso dive-dive sahuriḥ stann abādhitaḥ ||
English translation:
“The sun urging his steeds (in obedience to) his (commands) delights (in his presence); every (god) isin fear of the powerful Indra; from the belly of the formidable sighing showerer (of benefits) the all-enduringirresistible (deity) thunders day by day.”
