सु॒किं॒शु॒कं श॑ल्म॒लिं वि॒श्वरू॑पं॒ हिर॑ण्यवर्णं सु॒वृतं॑ सुच॒क्रम् । आ रो॑ह सूर्ये अ॒मृत॑स्य लो॒कं स्यो॒नं पत्ये॑ वह॒तुं कृ॑णुष्व ॥
सुकिंशुकं शल्मलिं विश्वरूपं हिरण्यवर्णं सुवृतं सुचक्रम् । आ रोह सूर्ये अमृतस्य लोकं स्योनं पत्ये वहतुं कृणुष्व ॥
sukiṃśukaṃ śalmaliṃ viśvarūpaṃ hiraṇyavarṇaṃ suvṛtaṃ sucakram | ā roha sūrye amṛtasya lokaṃ syonam patye vahatuṃ kṛṇuṣva ||
English translation:
“Ascend, Sūrya, the chariot made of good kiṃśuka wood and of śalmali, multiform, decorated withgold, well-covered, well-wheeled, prepare the happy world of the immortals, your marriage procession to yourhusband.”
