Rig Veda 10.83.5

अ॒भा॒गः सन्नप॒ परे॑तो अस्मि॒ तव॒ क्रत्वा॑ तवि॒षस्य॑ प्रचेतः । तं त्वा॑ मन्यो अक्र॒तुर्जि॑हीळा॒हं स्वा त॒नूर्ब॑ल॒देया॑य॒ मेहि॑ ॥
अभागः सन्नप परेतो अस्मि तव क्रत्वा तविषस्य प्रचेतः । तं त्वा मन्यो अक्रतुर्जिहीळाहं स्वा तनूर्बलदेयाय मेहि ॥
abhāgaḥ sann apa pareto asmi tava kratvā taviṣasya pracetaḥ | taṃ tvā manyo akratur jihīḻāhaṃ svā tanūr baladeyāya mehi ||

English translation:

“Sage Manyu, taking no part in the worship of you, the powerful one, I have retreated (from before myfoes); worshipping not, I was angry with you; (yet) being (incorporated with) my body, approach me to give mestrength.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

Taking no part in the worship: liṭ, being without a share in your acts (kṛtvā), i.e., not sacrificing to youat the sacrifice, and therefore being deprived of your favour]. Manyu, bearer of the thunderbolt, come up to me, let us slay the Dasyus, think upon you kinsman.
