Rig Veda 10.82.6

तमिद्गर्भं॑ प्रथ॒मं द॑ध्र॒ आपो॒ यत्र॑ दे॒वाः स॒मग॑च्छन्त॒ विश्वे॑ । अ॒जस्य॒ नाभा॒वध्येक॒मर्पि॑तं॒ यस्मि॒न्विश्वा॑नि॒ भुव॑नानि त॒स्थुः ॥
तमिद्गर्भं प्रथमं दध्र आपो यत्र देवाः समगच्छन्त विश्वे । अजस्य नाभावध्येकमर्पितं यस्मिन्विश्वानि भुवनानि तस्थुः ॥
tam id garbham prathamaṃ dadhra āpo yatra devāḥ samagacchanta viśve | ajasya nābhāv adhy ekam arpitaṃ yasmin viśvāni bhuvanāni tasthuḥ ||

English translation:

“The waters verily first retained the embryo in which all the gods were aggregated, single deposited onthe navel of the unborn (creator), in which all beings abide.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

The embryo is Viśvakarman. arpitam aṇḍam =mundane egg; or, bījam
