Rig Veda 10.73.8

त्वमे॒तानि॑ पप्रिषे॒ वि नामेशा॑न इन्द्र दधिषे॒ गभ॑स्तौ । अनु॑ त्वा दे॒वाः शव॑सा मदन्त्यु॒परि॑बुध्नान्व॒निन॑श्चकर्थ ॥
त्वमेतानि पप्रिषे वि नामेशान इन्द्र दधिषे गभस्तौ । अनु त्वा देवाः शवसा मदन्त्युपरिबुध्नान्वनिनश्चकर्थ ॥
tvam etāni papriṣe vi nāmeśāna indra dadhiṣe gabhastau | anu tvā devāḥ śavasā madanty uparibudhnān vaninaś cakartha ||

English translation:

“You have filled these waters, you, Indra, who are the lord (of all) bear (the thunderbolt) in your hands;the gods glorify you (who are endowed) with strength; you have made the clouds with their roots upwards.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
