आग्ने॑ वह॒ वरु॑णमि॒ष्टये॑ न॒ इन्द्रं॑ दि॒वो म॒रुतो॑ अ॒न्तरि॑क्षात् । सीद॑न्तु ब॒र्हिर्विश्व॒ आ यज॑त्रा॒: स्वाहा॑ दे॒वा अ॒मृता॑ मादयन्ताम् ॥
आग्ने वह वरुणमिष्टये न इन्द्रं दिवो मरुतो अन्तरिक्षात् । सीदन्तु बर्हिर्विश्व आ यजत्राः स्वाहा देवा अमृता मादयन्ताम् ॥
āgne vaha varuṇam iṣṭaye na indraṃ divo maruto antarikṣāt | sīdantu barhir viśva ā yajatrāḥ svāhā devā amṛtā mādayantām ||
English translation:
“Bring, Agni, to our sacrifice Varuṇa and Indra from heaven, and the Maruts from the firmament, maythe adorable universal gods sit down on the sacred grass, and may the immortal deities rejoice in (the oblationpresented with) the svāhā.”
