ए॒वा पतिं॑ द्रोण॒साचं॒ सचे॑तसमू॒र्जः स्क॒म्भं ध॒रुण॒ आ वृ॑षायसे । ओज॑: कृष्व॒ सं गृ॑भाय॒ त्वे अप्यसो॒ यथा॑ केनि॒पाना॑मि॒नो वृ॒धे ॥
एवा पतिं द्रोणसाचं सचेतसमूर्जः स्कम्भं धरुण आ वृषायसे । ओजः कृष्व सं गृभाय त्वे अप्यसो यथा केनिपानामिनो वृधे ॥
evā patiṃ droṇasācaṃ sacetasam ūrjaḥ skambhaṃ dharuṇa ā vṛṣāyase | ojaḥ kṛṣva saṃ gṛbhāya tve apy aso yathā kenipānām ino vṛdhe ||
English translation:
“Verily, Indra, you pour into your capacious (stomach) the protecting (Soma), serving the woodentrough, intelligent, holding strength; bestow (upon us) vigour; take us into yourself, for you are the lord for theexaltation of the wise.”
