दोहे॑न॒ गामुप॑ शिक्षा॒ सखा॑यं॒ प्र बो॑धय जरितर्जा॒रमिन्द्र॑म् । कोशं॒ न पू॒र्णं वसु॑ना॒ न्यृ॑ष्ट॒मा च्या॑वय मघ॒देया॑य॒ शूर॑म् ॥
दोहेन गामुप शिक्षा सखायं प्र बोधय जरितर्जारमिन्द्रम् । कोशं न पूर्णं वसुना न्यृष्टमा च्यावय मघदेयाय शूरम् ॥
dohena gām upa śikṣā sakhāyam pra bodhaya jaritar jāram indram | kośaṃ na pūrṇaṃ vasunā nyṛṣṭam ā cyāvaya maghadeyāya śūram ||
English translation:
“Control, worshipper, your friend (Indra), like a cow for your milking; awake, Indra, the author of decay;bring down for the distribution of wealth the hero who is pressed down with wealth like a vessel full (of water).”
