Rig Veda 10.34.12

यो व॑: सेना॒नीर्म॑ह॒तो ग॒णस्य॒ राजा॒ व्रात॑स्य प्रथ॒मो ब॒भूव॑ । तस्मै॑ कृणोमि॒ न धना॑ रुणध्मि॒ दशा॒हं प्राची॒स्तदृ॒तं व॑दामि ॥
यो वः सेनानीर्महतो गणस्य राजा व्रातस्य प्रथमो बभूव । तस्मै कृणोमि न धना रुणध्मि दशाहं प्राचीस्तदृतं वदामि ॥
yo vaḥ senānīr mahato gaṇasya rājā vrātasya prathamo babhūva | tasmai kṛṇomi na dhanā ruṇadhmi daśāham prācīs tad ṛtaṃ vadāmi ||

English translation:

“Dice, I offer salutation to him who has been the genitive ral of your great army, the chief lord of your host;I do not provide him with wealth; I raise my ten (fingers) to the east; that (which) I speak (is) the truth.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

I do notprovide him wealth: na danā ruṇadhmi = I do not withhold my wealth; na sampādayāmi
