व्या॑न॒ळिन्द्र॒: पृत॑ना॒: स्वोजा॒ आस्मै॑ यतन्ते स॒ख्याय॑ पू॒र्वीः । आ स्मा॒ रथं॒ न पृत॑नासु तिष्ठ॒ यं भ॒द्रया॑ सुम॒त्या चो॒दया॑से ॥
व्यानळिन्द्रः पृतनाः स्वोजा आस्मै यतन्ते सख्याय पूर्वीः । आ स्मा रथं न पृतनासु तिष्ठ यं भद्रया सुमत्या चोदयासे ॥
vy ānaḻ indraḥ pṛtanāḥ svojā āsmai yatante sakhyāya pūrvīḥ | ā smā rathaṃ na pṛtanāsu tiṣṭha yam bhadrayā sumatyā codayāse ||
English translation:
“The powerful Indra reaches the hosts (of the enemy), the mightiest (hosts) exert themselves to obtainhis friendship; ascend, Indra, that chariot which you direct with favourable intent (to our sacrifice), as a chariot(which you mount) against the armies (of the foe).”
