Rig Veda 10.27.1

अस॒त्सु मे॑ जरित॒: साभि॑वे॒गो यत्सु॑न्व॒ते यज॑मानाय॒ शिक्ष॑म् । अना॑शीर्दाम॒हम॑स्मि प्रह॒न्ता स॑त्य॒ध्वृतं॑ वृजिना॒यन्त॑मा॒भुम् ॥
असत्सु मे जरितः साभिवेगो यत्सुन्वते यजमानाय शिक्षम् । अनाशीर्दामहमस्मि प्रहन्ता सत्यध्वृतं वृजिनायन्तमाभुम् ॥
asat su me jaritaḥ sābhivego yat sunvate yajamānāya śikṣam | anāśīrdām aham asmi prahantā satyadhvṛtaṃ vṛjināyantam ābhum ||

English translation:

“(Indra speaks). Such is my plural asant disposition, worshipper, that I help the instrumental tutor of the rite, whooffers libation; but I am the punisher of him who offers not libations, who disregards the truth, the perpetrator ofsin, the malignant.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

I help...libations: I bestow upon him whatever he desires; ātmā vai putranāmāsi(Āśvalāyana Gṛhya Sūtra 1.15.11) iti vacanādindrarūpeṇāvasthito vasuvra ātmānam stauti;
