म॒हो यस्पति॒: शव॑सो॒ असा॒म्या म॒हो नृ॒म्णस्य॑ तूतु॒जिः । भ॒र्ता वज्र॑स्य धृ॒ष्णोः पि॒ता पु॒त्रमि॑व प्रि॒यम् ॥
महो यस्पतिः शवसो असाम्या महो नृम्णस्य तूतुजिः । भर्ता वज्रस्य धृष्णोः पिता पुत्रमिव प्रियम् ॥
maho yas patiḥ śavaso asāmy ā maho nṛmṇasya tūtujiḥ | bhartā vajrasya dhṛṣṇoḥ pitā putram iva priyam ||

English translation:

“(May Indra protect us) who is the lord of great strenght, of unequalled (power), the distributor of greatwealth, the cherisher of the dreadful thunderbolt as a father (cherishes) a dear son.”
