वृषा॒ वृष्णे॑ दुदुहे॒ दोह॑सा दि॒वः पयां॑सि य॒ह्वो अदि॑ते॒रदा॑भ्यः । विश्वं॒ स वे॑द॒ वरु॑णो॒ यथा॑ धि॒या स य॒ज्ञियो॑ यजतु य॒ज्ञियाँ॑ ऋ॒तून् ॥
वृषा वृष्णे दुदुहे दोहसा दिवः पयांसि यह्वो अदितेरदाभ्यः । विश्वं स वेद वरुणो यथा धिया स यज्ञियो यजतु यज्ञियाँ ऋतून् ॥
vṛṣā vṛṣṇe duduhe dohasā divaḥ payāṃsi yahvo aditer adābhyaḥ | viśvaṃ sa veda varuṇo yathā dhiyā sa yajñiyo yajatu yajñiyām̐ ṛtūn ||
English translation:
“The great, the unconquerable (Agni), the showerer, milks openly with a (great) milking the streams (ofprosperity) from heaven for the unwearying sacrificer; like Varuṇa, he knows everything by his understanding;may he who is skilled in sacrifice observe the sacrificial seasona.”
