Rig Veda 10.9.6

अ॒प्सु मे॒ सोमो॑ अब्रवीद॒न्तर्विश्वा॑नि भेष॒जा । अ॒ग्निं च॑ वि॒श्वश॑म्भुवम् ॥
अप्सु मे सोमो अब्रवीदन्तर्विश्वानि भेषजा । अग्निं च विश्वशम्भुवम् ॥
apsu me somo abravīd antar viśvāni bheṣajā | agniṃ ca viśvaśambhuvam ||

English translation:

Soma has declared to me; all medicaments, as well as Agni, the benefactor of the universe, are in thewaters.”
