Rig Veda 10.9.4

Sanskrit text [Accents, Plain, Transliterated]:

शं नो॑ दे॒वीर॒भिष्ट॑य॒ आपो॑ भवन्तु पी॒तये॑ । शं योर॒भि स्र॑वन्तु नः ॥
शं नो देवीरभिष्टय आपो भवन्तु पीतये । शं योरभि स्रवन्तु नः ॥
śaṃ no devīr abhiṣṭaya āpo bhavantu pītaye | śaṃ yor abhi sravantu naḥ ||

English translation:

“May the divine water be propitious to our worship, (may they be good) for our drinking; may they flowround us, and be our health and safety.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya
