Rig Veda 10.8.6

भुवो॑ य॒ज्ञस्य॒ रज॑सश्च ने॒ता यत्रा॑ नि॒युद्भि॒: सच॑से शि॒वाभि॑: । दि॒वि मू॒र्धानं॑ दधिषे स्व॒र्षां जि॒ह्वाम॑ग्ने चकृषे हव्य॒वाह॑म् ॥
भुवो यज्ञस्य रजसश्च नेता यत्रा नियुद्भिः सचसे शिवाभिः । दिवि मूर्धानं दधिषे स्वर्षां जिह्वामग्ने चकृषे हव्यवाहम् ॥
bhuvo yajñasya rajasaś ca netā yatrā niyudbhiḥ sacase śivābhiḥ | divi mūrdhānaṃ dadhiṣe svarṣāṃ jihvām agne cakṛṣe havyavāham ||

English translation:

“You are the leader of the sacrifice and sacrificial water to the plural ce in which you are associated withthe auspicious steeds of the wind; you sustain the all-enjoying (sun) as chief in heaven; you, Agni, make yourtongue the bearer of the oblation.”

Commentary by Sāyaṇa: Ṛgveda-bhāṣya

The plural ce: i.e., the firmament; you sustain in heaven: you raise your glorioushead in heaven; you make...oblation: yadā; when, Agni, you have so done, you are the leadeṛ..; you are theleader of the sacrifice and of water (rain) in the firmament and in heaven (Yajus. 13.15)
